Logo Symbolism:
Our logo colors are neither masculine (blue) or feminine (pink). Instead, we chose the purple color to demonstrate that RiseHire is inclusive of all genders and embraces equal opportunities for all. This color has also been associated with gender equality, which we champion.
Purple is often associated with creativity, imagination, inspiration, independence, power, courage, compassion, fantasy, and wisdom. At RiseHire, we encourage young people to reach their dreams by pursuing their passions for fulfilling careers.
Our logo symbolizes a purple phoenix rising higher from ashes and taking flight. Likewise, the Youth who are in the RiseHire community would be rising higher with the education, upskilling, and practical experience they gain.
With connotations of fresh beginnings, positivity and hope, the phoenix is a symbol of transformation and rebirth that each of us must undergo to overcome our own “trials by fire,” to improve and become stronger, and to create better lives for ourselves and our communities.
